Job Description

Interface with other managers, customers, organizations, and coordinating meetings & schedules.
Prepare various correspondence including reports, and spreadsheets as required.
May act as reporting secretary for meetings as required.
Must have moderate computer skills with extra emphasis in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Must possess moderate writing and verbal skills.
Strong Excel Skills,10 Key Numerical Data Entry experience is required
The selected candidate must have two years of admin/data entry work environment with a minimum of 1 year of timekeeping and/or payroll experience.
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of operating computers, numeric key pad, Outlook and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Candidate must be a quick learner, be able to multitask, pay attention to details while communicating effectively with co-workers and employees.
Candidate must be flexible to working overtime, weekends, and Holidays as required

Must be a US Citizen
Must be 18 or older
Must pass a drug screen and background check
